(If you arrive after store/office hours, front door to store will have a map to your cabin & check-in can occur the following morning when store is open. There is a doorbell outside the store if you need further assistance after store hours)
10 pet friendly rooms: $25 fee per stay (charge is up to 2 pets). An additional fee will be charged for 3 or more pets.
Please keep pets off bedding and furniture. $30 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file if your pet hair is on bedding and furniture. More cleaning for us equals more money for you. Damage caused by pets will be the sole responsibility of owner.
14 Day Cancellation Policy during April-October: No charge if you cancel prior to 14 days. If less than 14 days, the full amount of the deposit (which is one night stay) will be charged to the card on file. 2 night minimum stay for all cabins except Single Room Units 11 & 12.
**Refunds are not given due to events out of our control including COVID19, weather, fires, government/state closures, etc. that are not made within our 14 day cancellation policy.
3 Day Cancellation Policy during November-March: No minimum stay required, single night stays welcome.
CANCELLATIONS DONE VIA EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. YOU MUST CALL AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE IN ORDER TO CANCEL.
If you fail to check in or do not cancel your reservation, there will be a "no show" charge, which is the total price of your booking days.
Reservations made by phone: We take your credit card information to hold the room. Your credit card will not be charged until your day of arrival. The full amount will be due at that time.
